What payment methods do you accept?
GoNelly.com gladly accepts Money Orders, Cashiers Check, and Personal Checks. Please allow 7-10 days for personal checks to clear.

When is my account due ?
All accounts are due by the 10th of each month. An invoice will be sent out two weeks before the invoice is due. Please make sure payment arrives on or before the 10th of each month.

Can I receive a discount for pre-payment?
Yes, if you pre-pay for 1 year, you will receive one month of free hosting.

How do I cancel my account or a service attached to my account?
Requests for canceling an accounts must be submitted to us via email at billing@gonelly.com . All other forms of notice will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. All cancellations must be submitted with at least 5 days notice. By requesting your account cancellation you are requesting that we close your account immediately upon receipt. There will be no pro-rated refund of any remaining days left on each contract.

Are there any refunds?
There are no refunds.

Do you offer daily backup?
No, to keep our cost low, we do not backup your web site. You are solely responsible for your own data, thus always keep a full up-to-date copy with you.

Do you support Perl/CGI scripts?
Yes! You get your own cgi-bin directory to do whatever you need.

What happens if I exceed my monthly bandwidth allowance?
It is your responsibility to check out the bandwidth usage on a regular basis. Your site may be suspended if you exceed your data transfer allowance. Please contact support@gonelly.com for further suport.

Can you host a popular dynamic web site, say, a busy discussion board?
Yes, definitely! We support PHP and mySQL. You can install any other the popular message forums available. (ie: PHPBB, vBulletin, Invision, etc)

Will you help if my scripts don't work?
To keep costs low, we do not offer support upon scripting issues. You can either search on Google for an answer to your question or try popular message forums.

I am new to websites, will you show me how to build and publish my site?
We will try to help you out as much as possible. Although, we do recommend you research on the internet before considering putting up a website. There are thousands of resources on the internet that are geared towards all degrees of website development.

If I sign up for a package now, will your prices go up later?
Absolutely not! Once your account is confirmed, your account will NOT be affected by any package/price adjustment. You pay the same amount when you renew your accounts.

Will you help if I have problems with a particular program, say, FTP client?
We always try to help, but it is up to you to get your applications working properly. We are only responsible for problems that lie on the server side.
